Actress Regina Hall is set to star in the upcoming Andrew Bujalski-produced comedy Support the Girls. The flick began shooting earlier this month in Austin, Texas and co-stars Jana Kramer, Lea DeLaria, Brooklyn Decker and James Le Gros.

Universal Picture has released a first look at their upcoming all female-led comedy Girls Trip, starring Regina Hall, Queen Latifah and Jada Pinkett Smith. The Malcolm D. Lee-helmed flick follows four life-long friends who plan a road trip to the Essence Music Festival, where they hope to repair their strained sisterhood.
Netflix Taps Regina Hall for ‘Naked’ Comedy
Actress Regina Hall and Marlon Wayans are set to star in the upcoming Netflix romantic comedy Naked. According to Variety, the show is a remake of the Swedish series Naken, and is set to debut sometime next year. This will be the first series Hall and Wayans have worked on together, though they did star opposite one another in the first two entries of the Scary Movie franchise.
Regina Hall to Star in Will Packer’s Next Film
Actress Regina Hall, most recently seen in the third iteration of the Barbershop franchise, has been tapped to star in the upcoming Will Packer film, tentatively known only as the Girls Trip project. Packer will produce, while Malcolm D. Lee, best known for writing and directing The Best Man and The Best Man Holiday, will helm the feature.

Regina Hall and Morris Chestnut have teamed up once again to star in the upcoming psychological thriller, When the Bough Breaks. The film centers on John and Laura Taylor, a professional couple who hire a surrogate after their numerous attempts to conceive on their own fail. Unfortunately for the Taylors, the surrogate soon sets her sights on winning John for herself, and well, that’s when the fun really begins.

The streaming service has reportedly picked up a new pilot starring Regina Hall titled Crushed. The comedy series is produced by “Peeples” director Tina Gordon Chism and reportedly tells the story of a fictional African American family that moves to Napa after they inherit a successful wine business.
