Movie like The Cookout and Soul Plane are guaranteed to screw up your career. Both Meagan and Angell are two cute and talented women but until they make better choices both will continue to make low budget straight to video movies. :thumbsdown:

I agree these girls need better projects to showcase their talents. But I think Meagan has a better chance at landing better roles than Angell. Meagan has been in more mainstream movies than Angell.
I can’t remember if she did Steve Harvey but she has done That’s So Raven and One On One. She was good on both those shows and like Meagan played the role of a teenager. She can’t be a very classy and sophisticated sista when she is given the right roles. Unfortunately her and Meagan will play respectable roles and then turn around and play hoochie mamas. They need better managers or something because I think they both have what it takes to possibly be in the same league as Sanaa Lathan or Gabrielle Union. :brownsista:
I like this girl. She seems to be taking babysteps to a successful career but I think it’s about to happen for her. If you really check out her expressions and facials and delivery of her lines, she’s is actually a good Actress. With the right role she could be another Gabrielle Union type.
I am rooting for her. I’ve read a few interviews (Cutiecentral for one) and others and after reading them, I must say I am a follower of hers now.
