Keke Palmer is set to co-star in the upcoming Jay Pharoah starrer, #TwoMinutesOfFame. The Berlin Station actress will reportedly play Pharoah’s on-screen love interest who gets left behind as he travels to California in an attempt to make it big in Hollywood. The film will reportedly air on the Laugh Out Loud streaming channel and feature embattled comedian Katt Williams.
Taraji P. Henson to Star in ‘What Men Want’
Taraji P. Henson and Will Packer are once again teaming up. According to Variety, Henson will star in Packer’s upcoming film What Men Want, a re-imagining of the comedy What Women Want, which starred Mel Gibson as a philanderer who suddenly gains the ability to hear the thoughts of women around him. The new version will star Taraji as a female sports agent being boxed out by her male colleagues. When she too gains the power to hear the thoughts of men, she races against time to beat them at their own game and sign the NBA’s next rising star.
Eve Officially Joins ‘The Talk’ as Co-Host
Life is apparently imitating art for raptress Eve Jeffers-Cooper. After playing a talk show host on the now-canceled VH1 series Daytime Divas, the Philadelphia native is now set to co-host an actual talk show, having been asked by CBS to replace the departing Aisha Tyler on their popular daytime chat-fest The Talk.

Singer Teyana Taylor has confirmed previous rumors of her and husband Iman Shumpert starring in their own reality show. Earlier today the couple talked about their reasons for entering the world of reality television, including their desire to be a shining example of modern black love.
Brandy Joins ‘Star’ Cast
Brandy is returning to television for a multi-episodic arc on Fox’s music drama Star, the network announced Friday. The Wanna Be Down singer will reportedly play Charlotta Brown’s (Queen Latifah) younger sister, Cassie. Fox also announced the addition of Patti Labelle, who will be playing their mother, Christine. Episodes featuring the two music veterans are set to start airing next spring when the series returns from its extended winter hiatus.

Singer Michelle Williams is expanding her Believe at Home décor line. The former DC3 member will soon add scented soy candles to her already popular collection of bedding and linens. Michelle announced the news to fans herself via Instagram, saying her latest creation would be “coming soon.”

Singer Mary J. Blige is set to produce 8 Count, a new Fox drama inspired by the life and career of choreographer Laurieann Gibson.
