I really like the progress that Beyonce is making, but I am going to miss her on the grammy show as a nominee. I love the photos. Very mature.
She may not be nominated but make no mistake about it she will be there and more than likely the Grammy people will find a way to get a performance out of her. Christina Aguilera has performed the last few years and neither performance was related to her own music.
:iagree: Thelma: I really hope they can get her in there for a performance with one of her newer songs (not If I Were A Boy or Single Ladies). Last Grammys show she and Tina Turner were great together.

This woman is on fire. She is securing her future while others focus their energy on tearing her down. Some of us are so used to seeing black woman sad, angry and lonely that when we see one that proclaims her happiness and seems to be confident about who she is we don’t know how to react.

Thelma, I am glad that it was not nominated. She will probably be nominated A LOT next year and one of the things that I think kept B’day from winning more than one was the fact that it was released before the deadline. Everyone knew mary was going to clean up that year.
So now, this is good. Hopefully next year will bring more grammys for her.

I am far from a beyonce stan, and actually barely a fan, but i would like to know why there isn’t an article regarding beyonce’s 5th Number 1 US single, which ties her with rihanna for the most Number 1s this decade and she’s just starting album promotion on her 3rd cd and rihanna is hopefully, finishing hers (rehab is the 8th single i believe, Umbrella, Don’t Stop The Music, Shut Up and Drive, Hate That I Love You, Take A Bow, Disturbia, If I Never See Your Face Again). Also, beyonce is only 1 single away from having the same amount of number 1 from tying her with number 1 worldwide hits (according to mediatraffic.de). This looks like it will be more successful than B’day already.
