Brown Sistas At Maxim’s Hot 100 Party

Brown Sistas Elise Neal, Amerie, Meagan Good, and Tichina Arnold, were all on hand last night to take in Maxim’s annual Hot 100 gala, which was held at the Paramount Studios is Los Angeles, California. Up top we have actress Elise Neal, who just turned 42, showing off her funky new haircut and looking fabulous in short laced negligee number.
Singer Amerie, looking beautiful in yellow, was also on hand.
Meagan Good was the night’s only fashion faux pas. The sister showed up looking a little too casual and sporting the same cut off shorts we saw her wearing last week.
Actress Tichina Arnold was also in attendance but unfortunately I could only find this head shot of her there.

Elise looks great. Amerie is flawless as always. Meagan looked sexy in those shorts last week but now she just looks cheap and poor. Not much of Tichina to see but she isn’t known for dressing to well.

Everyone looks nice except for Meagan. That outfit doesn’t seem appropriate for the occassion compared to what everyone else is wearing besides she just had on those same darn shorts last week walking on the street! Why would you then turn around and try to wear it out to an event…does she not have any other clothing? She is known for repeating her clothes a lot. Not a good look.

I see Meagan let last week’s comments about her legs go to her head. Her legs and/or stance look a mess in these pictures. Plus, her hair is too drab (and that goes double for Amerie). Sigh…oh well.

That’s Amerie in the yellow??? She looks different. Nice, but different. I love Elise Neal’s hair! Now her and Tichina have me thinking about cutting my hair for the summer. I don’t know what was up with Meagan, she knew she was going to a dressy affair. At least have on an outfit you would wear to the club not a BBQ!
And yes, Spanx are great! If you are full figured, Lane Bryant has them in the bigger sizes at reasonable prices.

All the sistas (with the exception of Meagan) look great; especially Elise & Amerie who are looking very sexy. I hope things work out for Amerie at Island Def Jam. I understand that she`s in the process of trying to sign with them. I liked her sound from her debut album and hope she won`t disappear from the scene.
Meagan is also a very beautiful, sexy woman. However, considering the occasion, she missed the mark on this one.
