Former Girlfriends actress Jill Marie Jones has found a new gig.

According to published reports, Jill will be joining the cast of Fox’s freshman hit Sleepy Hollow.

The show is presently on hiatus but will return with new episodes on November 4th. Jill will make her debut on the November 25th episode, where she will play the ex-wife of Captain Frank Irving (Orlanda Bloom), and mother of his teenage daughter Macey.

The Macey character will be played by Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg, also a new addition to the cast.

New Beyonce Music is Coming Soon

When she’s not wowing crowds on her sold out Mrs. Carter World Tour, Beyonce is busy shooting videos and putting the finishing touches on her fifth solo album, reportedly set for a December 2013 release.

In a recent interview with Billboard, Columbia CEO Rob Stringer alluded to two big albums being released in December by women. Because her new single is already out, he readily admitted one of those albums was by Celine Dion. When asked if the other was Beyonce, Stringer declined to comment, but said new music from the unnaned album/artist would most likely arrive in December.

Now, because new music from the singer has been rumored to arrive any day now, for almost a year, fans should probably take this news with a grain of salt.

In the meantime, you can feast your eyes on some newly released shots of the singer taken by photographers Herring & Herring. Several are featured in Beyonce’s official 2014 calendar.

Actress Keke Palmer Grows Up

Actress Keke Palmer is covering the latest issue of RollingOut magazine, and just in time for October 21st premiere of CrazySexyCool, the TLC biopic she stars in alongside Drew Sidora and rapper Lil Mama.

Keke exudes classy sexiness on the cover which finds the young star showing a bit more skin than usual. Keke talked about her cover look via Instagram, saying she wasn’t looking to do a complete 180, but did want to show off her “softer sexier side.”

Aside from CrazySexyCool, fans can also look forward to seeing Keke in the upcoming films Animal with Jeremy Sumpter and Curdled, which co-stars fellow Brown Sistas Robinne Lee (Being Mary Jane, Hav Plenty) and Chenoa Maxwell (Hav Plenty, Girlfreinds).

Toni Braxton’s New Album Cover

Toni Braxton and Babyface’s new Love, Marriage & Divorce CD has officially gotten a cover image and new release date.

Once scheduled to be unveiled on December 3rd, the pair have now moved the release date up by a week to November 25th. They have also revealed the cover, which I have posted up top. The album title, which was rumored to undergo a name change, only got an “&” added to it, which I think is pretty sad. I believe a more upbeat title would have been a better choice.

Toni was asked about the title in a recent interview with Rollingstone and had this to say: “I think because Babyface and I have both gone through divorces, we can relate and we can collaborate together on this topic and make it so others who have gone through this situation can relate as well.”
