Singer Keyshia Cole stopped by 106 & Park Wednesday afternoon to celebrate the success of her new single, Let It Go. The Missy Elliott produced track sits at #6 on Billboard’s Hip Hop-R & B chart and is Keyshia’s 5th, top ten single to date. Not content to just make her mark on the soul charts, Keyshia is also holding down the #19 position on Hot 100 chart as well. Other Brown Sistas also making major music moves on the charts this week include, Fantasia who has the #1 single for the 7th. straight week on the R & B charts with, When I See You and Rihanna whose Umbrella single still sits inside the top 10 at #5 on the pop charts.

Fifty pages will be dedicated to Black fashion designers, models and trend setters who have helped shape the world of fashion as we know it. Tyra and the above ladies will also chronicle how they went from everyday runway models to entrepreneurs running million dollar companies. Look for the issue to hit newsstands August 13th with models Tyra Banks, Alek Wek, Iman and Kimora Lee Simmons on the cover.

Spice Girl singer Melanie Brown is a married woman and has been for two months now according to Melanie’s own rep, Arnold Robinson. Melanie apparently wed her producer boyfriend, Stephen Belafonte, in a quickie Las Vegas ceremony held on June 6th and kept the nuptials quiet to- well she hasn’t said why she kept her marriage a secret and probably won’t any time soon as she has also cancelled her scheduled appearance on The Larry King Show, which was due to air tonight.

Kim Porter, part-time model, part-time actress, and full-time fool for Sean Diddy Combs, has broken her silence and is speaking out to OK Magazine about what led her to finally leave the man she had attempted to build a family with for the past 10 years. On her reasons for leaving the relationship Kim says:
“I’d been in an on-again, off-again relationship with Mr. Combs for about 10 years, and it came to a point where it was time for me to move on with my life. I had invested a lot of time in that relationship, and it wasn’t going where it should have been going. So it was time to [end it]. In a relationship, it’s important that the people are on the same page at the same time. And we weren’t on the same page.”
