Celebrity “Alter Egos” By D Blanks

Photographer to the stars, D Blanks, recently held a showing to highlight photos from his upcoming book “Alter Ego: A Pictorial Exhibition”. Singers Amerie and Ciara were just a few of the Brown Sistas who posed for Mr Blanks’ coffee table book and there photos can be seen above. You guys know how much I love a good photo shoot and D has really created something special and unique with these images. I’m particularly fond of Ciara’s angelic Supergirl shot.

Other sistas to step in front of the lens included model Eva Pigford, who is seen below and Kim Poter, whose shots can be seen on D Blank’s official My Space Page.

    ciara’s loks like she gotta buldge no lie it caught me of gaurd i was lookin 2 exactly what her alter ego was an i think i say it lol

    I like Amerie’s shot the most. Eva’s is interesting too.

    I like Amerie’s photos! Eva is adorable. Ciara’s photos are HOT, but kinda erie.

    Amerie - absolutely gorgeous! i don’t like the gold hair on her though, but she’s beautiful. :smile:

    Ciara - love the whole angel/superhero bit, but not really feelin’ the pic. I could see her as a superhero in a movie…she reminds me of “Storm” from XMen.

    Eva - err umm okay? :lol: It’s okay. Great images all around!

    I totally love these pics. I saw the photos he did of celeb sistas and their dads and liked it but these are even better…really creative. I like Ciara’s superhero vs damsel in distress stance. Love the white costume.

    These are good pics. I don’t like Amerie’s hair color though. But still nice pics. I will have to go to myspace to check out the pic of Kim.
