Though it seems as though 2011 just rolled around, People magazine has already come up with their annual list of the year’s 25 most beautiful people. Making the list for the second time is Ciara, who landed at #23. The 25 year old dance diva is the only woman of color and is joined by fellow beauty heavyweights Lauren Conrad, Kendra Wilkinson and Meagan Fox. Ciara told People.com her beauty routine consists of only two things- a great attitude and confidence.

This site is full of dumb *** people who comment before they read? How can you question Ciara’s age if you don’t know her age. I mean damn, get it together fools.
Anyway, I’m surprised Ciara made the list at all. I definitely would not push her up the list though.

She should of been higher. Look at her body. It’s banging. The girl is like a rubber band. I don’t know if this sounds weird (and I don’t care) but I love her jawline, it makes her face look more striking. Does anybody know what I mean?

Yeah I know. Ciara has Natural Beauty. I did an art project of her and I’m putting it in the art show. I have a good chance of maybe getting a prize. Yeah Ci doesn’t try to hard to have beauty she always had that. On the inside and out. Go CiCi!;)
