We all know that Ms. Nia Long is one of the best dressed black females. Always sophisticated, always sweet — so there’s no wonder as to why we always want to know, “where can I get one like that”,admiring her latest ensemble?
One of my Fashionista101 readers, Amisha, asked me where did Nia get her dress she wore to the BET Awards. I couldn’t find the same dress, so I opted for a similar draped design, in the same plum color, from Forever21. Top it off with a pair of gold rhinestone hoops, and you’re good to go.
BrownSista reader, Shall2, sent in her request via e-mail, and wanted to know where she could find a replica of Nia’s dress she wore to a recent Barack convention. I found a similar cocktail dress from Nordstrom, for only $68. The ALDO heels come very close in design, but no where close to the price of Nia’s $995 Pierre Hardy sandals!
