I bet many of you were unaware that Robin Givens has 2 sons, Billy, 7, who is her biological son and Buddy, 13 who is adopted. The family was spotted recently strolling down the streets of New York.

One of the questions that kept being asked on Melanie last night on Larry King, was why she isn’t handling this situation privately with Eddie rather than having press conferences and so forth? I have wondered the same thing and I think her lawyer, Gloria Alrad, is behind the press conference, TV interviews and the public meeting with Nicole that even Larry himself called a publicity stunt.
Gloria is a publicity ***** lawyer who thinks more of herself than she does her clients. She is having Melanie do all these things to help raise her stock as an attorney but once the legal part of this is over, Melanie will be left to deal with Eddie, who is probably liking her less and less with every public attack she makes on him at her attorney’s insistence.
Melanie is also losing public support, as more and more people are starting to see her as an opportunist rather than a concerned mother.
That interview last night didn’t help her either. Larry said Eddie’s camp accused her of trying to force him to buy her a 9 million dollar house and Gloria jumped in to stop Melanie from responding. I think it’s safe to say it was true or she would have just let Melanie answer no.
Oh I see. Yes it could be a publicity stunt…or maybe she is doing this in hopes that Eddie will throw in the towel and pay child support or whatever she’s trying to do. At the same time, if what she said about Eddie is true….He is dead wrong. :noway:
You can’t shame a man into doing anything. She knows she will get financial compensation because he has been proven medically to be the father. However, if she is doing this to shame him into being a father, it won’t work. We also don’t know if her version of the events are true. What we do know is Eddie has five other children that he didn’t run out on, so why should we believe he has run out on this one without provocation? But if what she said is true, then Eddie is indeed a scumbag.
Btw, some years ago a man told me something many men would probably never tell anyone, much less a woman. The brotha told me that if a man does not love the women he will not love the child.

Melanie is an opportunist. I don’t believe Eddie is a scumbag. He has five children who he seems to love and care for. I think that’s why he has elected to avoid playing this unfortunate situation out in the public’s eye. Nicole and Melanie are not thinking of their children. There is no way I would have brought my child to the Ivy to meet Melanie. No way. What’s being done says more about Melanie and Nicole than it does Eddie. Mel is a women scorned. It didn’t work out the way she planned it, and now she is upset. She has already told the media that her current man’s penis is bigger than Eddie’s. What type of women would make such a statement?
Unfortunately Traci I think you are right. Especially about the Ivy incident. It was when I saw that clip of them bringing their children into that media circus that I started to view Melanie differently.
Traci is gorgeous but that handbag looks silly. I don’t know why those are so popular.
I must comment on Traci Edmonds. I think that she is a very beautiful and intelligent sista, however; I do think that her relationship with Eddie is very weird. I and several million people thought that her and Babyface were a very good couple. The created a business together and two beautiful children. I am sure she could have dated anyone else. First of all I know that Eddie and Babyface were good friends at one point. Now what does that say about her, dating a friend of her ex-husbands. I mean she is in the spotlight and so are her children. I would have left Eddie on the curb where he needs to be, or on Sunset Blvd where he likes to travle in the early hours of the morning and pick up standed men turning into women!!!!!! Now that is a life style I would not want my or anyone elses children to be around. I thought she was smarter than that. Traci Please dont marry him,,,you can do so much better!!!!!
