Brown Sistas Gabrielle Union, Kerri Hilson and Lauren London will all appear in Ne-Yo’s upcoming video for his hit single Miss Independent. The soulful singer was spotted on the Santa Monica set of his video shoot accompanied by all three ladies, as well as fellow R n’ B crooner, Trey Songz, who also makes a guest appearance. Gabrielle, Kerri and Lauren are no strangers to appearing in music videos as Lauren was discovered on a video set, while Kerri and Gabrielle have both appeared in videos alongside Timbaland, Rich Boy, LL Cool J and Busta Rhymes.

Ne-Yo is so dapper. “The Gentleman” is such a good name for him. Although many suspect her may be gay (me too) I think he is a cool person, perhaps like a modern day Luther Vandross…..and what I mean by that is this; many suspected Luther to be gay, but they didn’t care because he was such a great singer with great music. He sang about love. Ne-Yo has a while to go before he can be luther, but I think he has potential. God bless him, he seems like a good person!

All the ladies look lovely and I saw a behind the scenes video of this shoot and Kerri Hilson is such a lady. I hope her record does well but already they have psuhed it back.
