The first single from Jennifer Lopez’s upcoming album will be one originally recorded by Brandy. Louboutins, a song that clearly pays tribute to women’s love of the designer shoes, was set to appear on Brandy’s upcoming album. However, after Brandy parted ways with Epic Records the song was then passed on to Jennifer who loved it so much she chose it as her album’s lead single. The song was reportedly written and produced by Tricky Steward and the Dream and will debut on radio very soon. Jennifer Lopez recently hit up Club LIV to debut her “Fresh Out The Oven” video and give the fans their first taste of her Lola alter-ego. As for Brandy, the singer tweeted about Jennifer landing her song, saying: “It is true I had a song called ‘Louboutins’ that I loved and still love to pieces, but God never blesses you with another person’s blessing.”
Look for Jennifer to rock her Louboutins on the American Music Awards… the singer is set to perform her single on the show, which airs November 22nd.
I hope she still has the moves.
I guess her Spanish music career didn’t take off so she’s going back to the style she originally did. I wonder which rapper is going to be on this record.

And as far as Brandy goes, thats just the new industry, there is no point in putting out an album if you can actually sing.
