As previously reported, Janet Jackson has a very sexy calendar for 2007 scheduled to drop any day now and I have finally been able to get my hands on all the images which her fans have posted on her official message board.I wasn’t too sure how I would feel about this calendar based on the first few images I saw, but now that I have seen the entire thing I kinda like it.The pics are really cute and girly- not at all over the top like I expected.You can view all the images below in monthly order and look for better HQ scans tomorrow. I’m still trying to understand the problem with the picture. All you can see is from the neck up. I love the color and I think the picture is beautiful. Hey what can I say but if you still got it flaunt it. I ain’t mad at her.
Why people want to treat Janet as an old maid. She’s still young and looks good I might add. I hope I can look like that 20 years from now. As for the album I could careless. To be honest I’ve been dissappointed with this year’s music period with exception with one or two artists.
I still think Janet is a beautiful woman but I think she has strayed a bit with this album and the image she chose to project with it.Way too much emphasis was put on her sex life with JD and taking over the top pics that just made her look like a desperate old sex pot.Every time we get new pics of her she is bent over spread eagle uttering some ish about how JD rocks her world.It’s old and tired and her album is flopping while she’s out there trying to sell sex rather than records.
Janet just can’t win with some people.Had the album done better no one would be complaining about a few sexy pics.Janet has been doing this for years but now that she is 40 I guess people expect her to shrivel up and die or something.Janet is still a very beautiful woman and she makes 40 look as fabulous as 30.For me this seems to be about throwing women away once they reach a certain age.You never hear anyone make a big deal about men turning 40 so why do they act as if the world is somehow coming to an end when a woman does? You basically said everything that I have been thinking for weeks now.When Janet turned 40 it was as if she had turned 60.People were talking to her as if 40 was some how the kiss of death. 40 is no different than 30 and Janet and many others are proving that.Toni Braxton, Janet and Halle all make the big 4-0 not seem so big a deal afterall.Keep up the good workd ladies.
