Haha, you didn’t really think we would go an entire day without a Janet post did you? Unlike Beyonce who was literally in the news everyday prior to the release of her album, Janet seems to actually be keeping a lower profile.Her performance on Oprah yesterday was taped weeks ago and she isn’t scheduled to perform live anywhere again until the 29th, when she appears on the Today Show’s Summer Music Series.Janet did turn up at the Virgin Megastore in New York to sign copies of her new cd 20 Y.O.Word is people were camped out 2 days in advance just to be one of the 500 people given passes to meet and have their disc signed by Janet.Below are the pics of the event and we will update this post later with pics from her Album Release party which should be in full swing by now.

Everybody and their mama was out in force to support Janet Jackson and her new 20 Y.O album.Luda turned out to show Janet love and his album was released the same day as hers.Athletes also made quite a showing as Tracey Mc Grady, Allen Houston, Gibril Wilson, and many, many others up showed to celebrate the festivities.Even the good Rev. Al Sharpton came out for Miss Jackson.I cannot post all the pics but here are just a few and I will add more as I find the time.
