One of my favorite singers, Jill Scott is finally coming back with a new CD entitled The Light of the Sun. This along with the Lilith Fair tour with Mary J. Blige and Erykah Badu, plus the Why Did I Get Married? sequel makes 2010 a busy year for Ms. Scott. Look for The Light of the Sun in stores in the Spring or Summer , while the movie opens in April.

With a new baby and ll the drama that came along with that this album is gonna be a classic. I only say that b/c Jilly writes most of her own material.
Since the creative director behind her HBO show died, it’s looking really unlikely that we’ll get a second season. I’m still holding out hope… I LOVE THAT SHOW! L-O-V-E IT!!!
