the previous post isn’t working for me. Anywho, overall it was good music, for a good cause. I did notice Nicole Scherzinger(sp) substituted for Sheryl Crow due to the ladies performance being filmed at Fashion Rocks! and both Sheryl and Melissa Etheridge were both at the actual cancer event.

crap, i forgot about the fashion rocks show. they need to put some of the shows on dvd or something for the forgetful people (like me). but this was really nice, i agree with chloe though, miley is making money but not by being an ACTUAL singer. but the idea of having these different women from different genres of music coming together, not acting like prima donnas and standing up for a common cause is refreshing. little girls need to see more positive things like this. but of course this wont be replayed on tv, not like booty shaking in videos. :-P

I thought the performance was good. Miley was horrible! At first when I saw Bey I was surprised by the short hair but I thought she acutally looked very nice with the shorter hair.

Leona Lewis have a nice voice but i felt she didn’t fit in the star power she just doesn’t have that IT factor

Slim Thug, I also lost my sister to cancer in 1993. She was 33 years old. I was so happy to see the show and know that people giving their time to a cause that needs as much attention as it can get, was viewed by people from all the major television networks (ABC, NBC, CBS) at the same time. GREAT PERFORMANCE BY EVERYONE.

It was good for people to get together and make a song for a good cause but ya’ll know good and darn well that every female up there can’t really sing that great! Someone said put Jennifer Hudson up there, what?!!!! She would blow them all out the box!!!! They were not trying to play themselves I mean be for real. Beyonce stood in the middle as always, Mariah and few others were struggling vocally but who up there has a blazing voice to begin with? Good cause, aight singing, ok performance. I will watch Fashion Rocks but I will know when to turn and watch something else i don’t want to hear a whole lot of non-singing females.

but i have to say my grand daughters love her, i actually purchesed the bday and hated it but one day i played it and listened to the lyrics and now i can listen to it and not cringe.
its good to see all those beautiful wemon, both black and white come togather and try to change the world. i have breast cancer and that performce had me in tears.

As far as the performance, it was ok. The song really doesn’t give them much to do something big. I noticed they added Nicole and the other Pussycat doll for Sheryl and Melissa, I don’t know about that.

Question: How would you know who cares about anything??Do you know any of them personally?? do you know if any of them had a family member who personally struggled with any form of cancer?Do you know if anyone of them had a family member who died from cancer? You dont know , so shut the hell up.
