Keke Palmer Denies Joining The Real, Says She Has Her Own Show

Actress Keke Palmer recently took to Twitter to deny rumors of her joining The Real as a co-host when the show returns for its third season later this year. “I’m not hosting The Real,” Keke wrote. She also went on to remind fans of her own show on BET, saying simply “I am still doing my own talk show.”

For those of you who may not remember, Keke became the youngest person to host her own talk show when Just Keke debuted on BET during the summer of 2014. The show had an initial four-week run and was greenlit for syndication last year.

As many of you already know by now, Tamar was fired from The Real a few weeks ago. Rumors are running rampant she’ll be replaced, which naturally causes folks to speculate and in the case of the blog that reported the Keke rumor, flat out lie.

As for why Tamar got the boot in the first place, for the first time fans will hear some of what happened on next week’s episode of The Braxtons. WeTV released promo for the episode a few days ago, feel free to check it out below.

  1. Tamar just found out she was fired a few days ago, right? How did the show manage to capture her feelings when I assume they wrapped shooting month ago. This timeline doesn’t fit.

  2. I haven’t watched The Braxtons in years but I’ll be watching this week. This should be good.
