I’m calling it now. Keri Hilson will be the next semi big thing in music. Keri is without a doubt one of the busiest artists out today, writing and producing music not only for herself, but for other artists as well. Keri was spotted over in London yesterday, reportedly recording new music that will only be released overseas. She also posted pics via her Twitter page of her hanging with with Michelle Williams, who is also in the UK, performing in the musical revival of Chicago. Also on Keris’s plate right now is a new video with Timbaland, work on Chris Brown’s new album, and a possible solo club tour.
Keri is about to blow up and become the female version of Ne-Yo.

I didn’t know that, but I’m not surprised. I remember that whole dis song thing and I went in on her about that, about the songs she wrote for herself and other people went no where. You can guess what happened.
Keri’s style has always confused me and it prevents me from taking her seriously as an artist.

I agree. Keri is on her way. The fact that so many artists want to work with her says a lot. I do however think she need to pull Timbo’s coat and have stop saying Beyonce needs to watch out. That type of thing creates un-needed tension and suggests two Black women can’t be successful at the same time.
