The official cover for Keyshia Cole’s new album, A Different Me, has officially been released and you can see it above. I first got a glimpse of the cover a few days ago and wasn’t so sure how I felt about it. Now that I have seen a larger version, I think I like it. It’s definitely different from Keyshia’s previous album covers and really makes me want to see the entire set of images that were snapped during this photo shoot. Keyshia looks amazing and just this once- I will forgive those tattoos. Keyshia definitely stepped up her glamour game and for that the cover gets 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up from me.
lol i love this girl….she is pretty and no matter how sexy they try to make her she keeps that hood in her…she cant help it though i just want her to stop dipping it low on slow love songs HAHA but that keyshia! :thumbsup:

Keyshia is my girl! I been with her since day one and her transition has been amazing. This cover is ultra-feminine, but she’s looking a little extra slim. I still love it though :thumbsup:

I agree she does look like Rihanna as far as style and hair. I’m glad she got rid of that blonde though… That was not a good look. I wonder if her style changed because people kept comparing her to Mary. I don’t know if I’m excited about the cover yet. But Keyshia does look good these days!

Keyshia is a pretty girl. I wished that she would have kept the haircut that she is sportin on the new season of her show. I think that cut is the BEST one for her. I too am not really feeling the tatoos on her b/c I think she is too pretty for them lol. But I like the way the photographer used the tats as part of the imagery, where u really don’t realize that they are there. Overall I say that this is a nice cover of her :thumbsup: .

Keysha is a pretty girl; but, I’m definitely not feeling this ultra-airbrushed look. She almost looks like a light skinned Brandy to me. She doesn’t look like herself, or what I’m used to seeing at least. Whatever happened to glorifying NATURAL beauty?!?! Anyways, her body is on point.

Like I said in my other post, I will be definitely be getting her album – and not because of the cover. I’m just ready to feel this girl soul and this “different me” image that she is promoting.

I really like her haircut, I think Ursula is her hairstylist, she also does Michelle Williams hair she’s really talented. I hate it that everytime someone cuts thier hair theyare called “rihannaish”, but then again she did help usher in the short cuts again, but this was not new, back in the 90’s everybody was tryna look like Halle, Toni, Monica, and later on Kelly. Nonetheless I’m glad that she’s trying to embrace a more sophisticated style, as long as she doesn’t go to over the top , I think it’ll fair well for her.

She looks wonderful. Almost everything is on point…I wish her gaze was more direct. She’s looking down at the photographer and it’s obvious. The tattoos work with her hairtstyle, outfit…even the Jewelries :smile: I like the way they incorporated the tattoos with the background :thumbsup: .
You can tell the way that she is posing that this is something new for her, almost as if a little uncomfortable. Whatever the case I would like to hear what she has to bring from this album and I hope that she has the best of luck, she is a very beautiful woman just like all my brown sistas even if the tatoos are a little much. I also agree with some of you that this is something Rihanna would do but Keyshia is being herself with it if you know what I’m saying, but anyways goodnight everyone.
i agree she may have bit a tad of ri ri however thank God that stops at the vocals! Key can sing circles around that chic. I know y’all may not agree with me entirely BUT there is something about tatoos especially when you have the number that Keisha has. I’m thinking Mary J Blige of the ‘REAL LOVE ” days compared to the current “TAKE ME AS I AM” Mary!!!! I guess as you get older and wiser in the biz (which is what Keisha is going through), tatoos begin to carry with them some negative undertones..
