R n’ B diva Keyshia Cole is having a very busy week. The singer performed live last night on the Tonight Show and is scheduled to appear and perform on The View tomorrow morning. Keyshia, whose latest album ” A Different Me” was recently certified Gold by Billboard Magazine, taped her appearance earlier this week and just like on The Tonight Show, performed her hit single “You Complete Me”. Keyshia recenly wrapped up her stint on the “I Am Music Tour” and rumor has it she will be added to the 2009 Essence Music Fest line-up and headline her own theater tour in the late fall.

Well done, one of the cleanest and clearest vocal performances I’ve seen from her. She is such lovely little lady and I hope she never ever ever lose her soulful style!
I liked this song much better than the Latoya Luckett song below. But the Latoya video was excellent.
One of the best live performances I’ve seen from her, good job! This song is right up there with “Heaven Sent”. I love this song, but not good enough for me to buy her CD. She looked really good.

I loved the denim outfit too, Keyshia has found a way to keep her dressing game hood and classy.
On another note, it’s sad that her new CD is just going now going gold. When the CD first came out, myself and others said that it wasn’t that good, and of course everyone called us haters, but we must have been right. Keyshia’s last two CDs were just the best, and the sales prove it, I still listen to both of them all the way through, I still want a refund for the new one, I’m constantly skipping through it. This song, trust, and oh yeah is the best on the album. She shouldn’t have changed her sound too much so soon, she should’ve took a longer break before coming out with this one, this CD is just not .
All n all, she gets all the props for stepping up her performances though. Keyshia please come harder with the next CD, please, put out more songs like this one and let it go.

No one likes the new cd?!?! I have to admit, it did take me a few listens to get with the new one, but I finally did and every song on there is hot!!! You can tell the growth with the songs and how she comes across.

Thats the best Ive ever heard Keyshia sing…like…EVER! But her new CD is OK. “No Other and Exotic” are my favorite songs over all I like about 5 songs on that album, her 1st CD was her best to date. Its good to see that she has grown vocally but I would like to hear her change up songs when she performs live. I know I hate to hear the SAME exact version of a song LIVE. Anywho she looked really cute. :thumbs

Ummm Keyshia album been gold n its close to platium status already. N she had her biggest first week opening of her career so far 355k. It was number 2 on the charts just came out of the top 10. Anyway. Album is fire n she is growin as an artist.

You are correct. her CD has actually sold 770,000 coppies, well past gold, and near platinum. Both of her first albums took roughly a year and a half to sell 1.5 copies and this one has more than half that in about 3 months so , it’s looking really good.
Love the album, Not feeling the little fake “growing up act” seems to me like they advise her to tone it down to appeal to more audience than the one she is garthering, I love the Cd regardless

So in a shocking turn of events the album is actually successful, who knew? I said it wasn’t good because I didn’t know the actual sales, I thought the CD wasn’t doing good because they don’t play these songs out like they did on her last 2 CDs.
HATE the album! Dont like her voice!!!!!!!!! She’s one of the worst singers in this industry, besides Ashanti.

I love Keyshia Cole as a person…but her voice is not up to par. I honestly don’t think she can sing, but she has gotten so much better. I remember the first time I heard “Love”. I loved the song, but her voice was so horrible on it. I liked her last two albums but I don’t think I’ll buy this one. That song with Tupac is just horrible. The first single should be so bomb that it makes everyone want to buy her album, but atleast “Complete Me” is good. I love everything about Keyshia Cole (style, growth,…etc) but her voice!!! *She’ll get better though*
