Malinda Williams Star Studded Bridal Shower

Actress Malinda Williams, as previously reported here, is engaged to be married to longtime boyfriend, 80s rapper, D. Nice. The actress, who was most recently seen in the Ice Cube produced film, First Sunday, had her bridal shower this past weekend and it was indeed a star studded affair. Malinda was joined by fellow “Soul Food” castmates Vanessa Williams and Nicole Ari Parker, as well as actresses Tasha Smith (Why Did I Get Married), Salli Richardson (I Am Legend), Terri J. Vaughn (The Steve Harvey Show) and many others. The G. Garvin catered affair was covered exclusively by Essence Magazine and is featured on their website in a two part special.

    Something about Melinda seems to be very real. I’ve seen her and Dnice in pics and they look like they are truly in it for the long haul. I wish them much success; as individuals and partners; cause marriage is WORK.

    I agree with Get Togetha…I think Malinda is beautiful and don’t get me started on her short hair style….love it…I would love to have that much love around me….it’s such a joy to see black woman come together like this you can tell that this was genuine love…I wish her the best and longevity like her parents and grandparents ….love and support to great combinations
