Singer Mary J. Blige will guest star in Ghost Whisperer, Friday, February 9th. on CBS.Mary, whose music will be featured in the episode, plays Jackie Boyd, the coach of a high-ranked high school cheerleading team whose members are being disabled, one by one, by seemingly freak accidents in the days preceding their big cheerleading competition.The series also stars Jennifer Love Hewitt as a woman who can talk to the earthly spirit of the deceased.I have included a few stills of Mary’s episode below and will add the more interesting ones to our gallery when it is back up and running. Things have really come together nicely for Mary over the years.It is rare to see someone hit their peak after 15 years in the biz.Usually they start to slide but Mary is just getting better and better.I am so proud of her. :brownsista:
Mary looks so much older than her 36 years.All those years of hard living are showing up in her face now.
Mary will be here 20 years from now.I believe she has had the same impact on her generation as Aretha had on hers.

I hope Marys acting is better in this than it was on the Jamie Foxx show years ago. I love mary to death but she was not good on that. She was blinking so dog-on much. Does any one know why she does that? Is is a result of the drugs she used to do?:???:
Mary was in Prison Song on BET with Q-tip, She played the rols of his mother in the beginning. Her acting was horrible. maybe she got better.

Yep.Mary is no actress but she could have gotten better over the years.I doubt she would have gotten a role on a prime CBS show if her acting still sucked.Yeah BET would hire her for name recognition and she basically played herself on the Jamie Foxx show but this type of show is different.Still, I plan to watch just to support Mary and check out how far she has come.
