Meagan Good to Appear in ‘Black Love’ Documentary on OWN

The Franklins Share Their Black Love Story

Meagan Good and hubby DeVon Franklin are set to appear in an upcoming documentary titled Black Love, set to air via the OWN channel on August 16th. The network will run four one-hour episodes, which aim to highlight love stories within the black community. “Black Love dives into how love begins, while showing the reality of what life-long love looks like,” reads the press release OWN issued for the show. “Using honest, emotional and sometimes cringe-worthy stories, the series offers proof that while love can happen for everyone, it isn’t a cakewalk.”

Other power couples featured in the docu-series include Viola Davis and Julius Tennon, Tia Mowry and Cory Hardict, Shanice Wilson and Flex Alexander, Erica and Warryn Campbell; and many other additional couples from across the country.

Feel free to check out a preview of the first episode above. Those of you who have OWN can of course watch live. Others can view the series online twenty-four hours after the original airing.
