Actress Meagan Good was spotted last night attending the official after party of Justin Timberlake. As we reported here last week, Meagan is due to play Justin’s chocolate love interest in the Mike Meyers flick, Love Guru, which is due to start principle shooting in Canada this fall. As always Meagan was looking fabulous, if not somewhat annoyed by the paparazzi who seem to follow her around all the time. I know many people may consider Meagan a d-list actress but I have always had the feeling that she would eventually break out and become a huge star. As a matter of fact, I predict by this time next year Meagan will be what Beyonce is today. I’m telling you, if nothing else, she is destined to be a staple on gossip blogs for years to come.

Black Hollywood is the most socially unconscious group of individuals out today. They care for nothing but self. None of them bout to do anything that could possibly cause them to lose bucks. She’s dumb for saying she, “accidentally read some of the comments”. How do you accidentally access tmz.com and do a search on yourself, then turn around and read the comments? That’s like me saying, “Gee, well I accidentally picked up the remote and turned my tv on today.” She just proved that she actually does care what people say, because if she didn’t she’d be just like Angelina Jolie, not even picking up magazines and newspapers to avoid the talk. She purposefully exposed herself, and seriously who is surprised? Look how she dresses, look how she acts. Celebrities are people too and when they say don’t read what is written about them online they are liars. The internet is everything and artists know to pay attention to what is happening online. Gossip blogs especially have taken over and I bet more people go to Perez Hilton to get their gossip fix than say, the Entertainment Tonight website. That is why you see artists shouting out blogs and giving them interviews. The internet blogger is the new wave of everything and stars know it. Meagan Good cares what was said about her and it bothered her to be called names and that is why she responded and probably why she looked so despondent last week at the Atlanta party she hosted. Nobody wants to read people calling them a *****. However if she doesn’t want to be called one she should stop acting like one.

the roles she’s been playing hasnt been far the best but she really did an exceptional job in “eve’s bayou’. her time will come if yt hollywood creates more roles for black women and open oppty’s up so a color issue wouldnt be a factor when auditioning for a role in a film.
