Well, according to the latest numbers from Nielsen, the show averaged an overall 4.3 audience share, pulling in 5.63 million viewers in the coveted 18-49 demographic. In its second hour however, the show lost 0.2 in the demographic and 690,000 viewers overall.
Despite the slip up, ‘Deception’ won its 10pm. time slot, fending off tough competition from Castle (ABC) and Hawaii Five-0 (CBS).
Reviews for the show were mixed, but NBC is expected to air all 11 episodes of the show before deciding on whether to renew it for a second season.
