Canadian songtress Melanie Fiona is back with another banger from her debut album “The Bridge.” The singer’s latest offering “Bang Bang” shows off a edgier more rock n’ roll side of Fiona that I think both R n’ B and Pop fans will enjoy.

This woman has so much talent and her album is good. I mean it is really good. It is the type of music that is good right out the box no video needed. She is getting good review but radio isn’t returning the love. Here is NYC the Black stations only play her first single at night when they play the love songs. I never hear her while I’m at work or listening to the radio on my way home. Without that support from radio Melanie will just end up another lost talent like India Arie.
@ Dana,
I don’t think the radio stations are that relevant anymore in determining an artists’ success. I see radio as we know it going away eventually, just like newspapers. Thanks to places like iTunes and Internet radio in general. The old business model of marketing and distributing music has changed drastically and has given the artist more of a hand in determining their own success.
Love it! So talented. I will def be picking up her album ASAP!
Dis chick is fire 4real.
one word… FIYAH!!!!
Just love her…so much raw talent, a beauty and makes real music…she does need radio and we have to request her music…they have a play-list, most of which is payola, but let’s flood radio stations and buy a couple of her cds!
shes the ****
