Michelle Williams’ New Video Debuts

Here it is!

Singer Michelle Williams has finally unveiled the D. Blanks directed visual for her new single “If We Had Your Eyes.

In an interview last week, D. promised Michelle’s video would be “out of the ordinary,” and I really think the two of them accomplished just that with this clip.

There is an obvious Trayvon Martin reference in the video, as well as a very unexpected guest spot from someone who ten years ago you would not have expected to see in a Michelle Williams video.

It’s all pretty cool- check it out below.

  1. Yes Michelle, I’m loving this respect to being a christen and not forgetting the r&b roots. The video was so great and right to the point.

  2. Loved it! Message music, nice sound, I wish Michelle had sung more in her lower register on this song, but the images were powerful, the message, one that we can stand to hear, LeToya Luckett’s appearance, loved it. I know today many find most music boring if it’s not about body talk, nice beats or too slow, lusting it up, shopping or bragging rights. Fortunately, she has a diverse fan base and many people will enjoy this single, positive joy!

  3. That was awesome!!!! I have always been a fan of Michele’s and I’m happy that she is in a better space within herself. We need more music like this!
