Kelly appeared in Shape earlier this year and along with personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins, showed off a few of the killer moves that keep Kelly’s body so sculpted.
Jeanette and Kelly have teamed up to release their second workout video together, and have once again returned to Shape to share the details.
According to Kelly, she now works out six times a week (up from 5). “I feel better, look better, and sleep better,” she says. “As I’m getting older, the Rowland family trait of having bigger bottoms is taking its toll on my hips and butt. The other day Jeanette had me doing squats that were so hard I wanted to kill her. But my behind is getting higher and tighter. Exercise really has changed my body.”
All of Kelly’s hard work can be seen in the sexy outfits the singer will sporting on this season’s X-Factor, which has its second premiere episode tonight.
