Nicole Beharie Covers Emmy Magazine

NICOLE BEHARIE AND TOM MISON COVER EMMY MAGAZINE (1) (140x140)

“Sleepy Hollow” actress Nicole Beharie and her dashing co-star Tom Mison are covering the latest edition of Emmy magazine.

Fox has offered up their dynamic duo for Emmy consideration and are hoping the pair will land nominations for Lead Male and Female in a Drama Series.

The voting deadline ends this month and nominees will be announced next month.

If you read this blog regularly, then you know I love me some Nicole Beharie- and by extension- Sleepy Hollow. Nicole, along with Kerry Washington, are only two black female actresses frontin’ their own shows on network television right now- and that is something I will always get behind 100%.

“Sleepy Hollow” has a massive fandom community via Tumblr, do check it out if you get a chance. Like all fandoms, it’s all about the women (or gay guys) and thus Nicole totally rules.

  1. Tom is so dapper!

    Nicole is so pretty!

    I love these two together.

    I love Sleepy Hollow.

I can’t wait for the premiere!

  2. They had a premiere party last night where the first few minutes of episode one (S2) was shown. I know how Crane will be rescued. I wish I didn’t. Also, the show returns Sept 22.

I agree, Nicole is fab and finally someone dressed up Tom Mison. He is in dire need of a stylist.

  3. I love love love the show! I can’t wait for next season to begin….

I agree these two do make a nice couple! You never know because Fassbender did date Nicole a little bit back when they did that movie together…. Hmmmm lol 🙂

  4. Melanie, you know Tom just got married, right?

Sadly, there is no chance of #Miharie coming true. The Tumblr crowd continues to ship them though.

    They are cuteness overload 😆

  5. love this show, but I try to not get too attached to shows because seems like by season 3 things go downhill lol.

I made all my friends watch this to support black actors (in normal roles) and season 1 delivered.
