Tamar Braxton Leaving ‘The Real’ After Rumored Betrayal
Singer Tamar Braxton is leaving The Real to concentrate on her solo career according to a joint press release issued late Sunday afternoon. The announcement came just one day after Tamar posted a cryptic message on her Instagram page saying she’d been betrayed by someone close to her, noting it was not her husband or one of her sisters. Tamar has been with the show since its inception two years ago, and is also listed as one of its executive producers.
Tamar Braxton Returning to School, Says Michelle Obama Inspired Her
Tamar Braxton is returning to school. The R&B singer and co-host of The Real says her recent visit to the White House to interview First Lady Michelle Obama is what inspired her to continue her education. “I’m going back to school y’all,” Tamar told fans via Instagram. “The one thing I learned on this trip is even if you are already successful, it is never too late for an education.”
Health concerns have forced singer Tamar Braxton to drop out of this season’s Dancing with the Stars. Via her Facebook page, Tamar informed fans that what doctors originally thought was pneumonia, is actually something far more serious.
After not feeling well, Tamar says she went to the hospital before Monday night’s show, but still chose to perform despite doctor’s orders. However, with her symptoms progressively getting worse, Tamar says she returned to the hospital after the show, only to be told by doctors she did not have pneumonia, but rather blood clots in both her lungs.
