Kerry Washington Gets Glam for Opi Photo Shoot
Kerry Washington’s latest collaboration has her headed back to the White House. As previously reported, the Scandal actress has once again teamed up with Opi, this time to create a whole new line of Washington DC-inspired colors for the fall. The 15-shade collection officially goes on sale today, and with it comes images from its first print campaign, which were unveiled earlier this week via Opi’s official website.
According to Kerry, her relationship with Washington DC, and the White House in particular, goes back many years, even before her work on Scandal. “My relationship with DC is a long one,” Kerry recently told NPR, “I went to college there and I worked for the real White House before I worked for the White House on television.”
Kerry went on to talk a bit more about the Washington DC-themed collection, which includes shades like Madam President, Freedom of Peach and Inside the ISABELLEtway, a neutral shade named after Kerry’s daughter and described by the actress as “the perfect nude for brown girls.”
Fans hoping to get their hands on the limited edition collection can do so via Opi’s website, or an authorized vendor.
