Porsha Williams Booked and Released for Kenya Moore Assault

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, Porsha Williams, was booked on a charge of misdemeanor battery and released by the Atlanta Police Department after voluntarily turning herself in.

The charge stemmed from an assault Porsha reportedly inflicted on fellow castmate Kenya Moore during the taping of the show’s reunion special last week.

Porsha was reportedly released on a $2,000 bond and ultimately may only have to pay a small fine and maybe do a bit of community service.

Video of the incident released by Bravo show Moore goading Stewart with a bullhorn and pointing a scepter at her. According to fellow castmate Nene Leakes, Porsha finally had enough of Kenya’s antics and snapped.

Bravo front man, Andy Cohen, called the incident “Gross and totally inappropriate,” but didn’t deny it will obviously be ratings gold for the reunion, which airs this Sunday.

Rumors have it Porsha may be getting the boot due to the fight. Cohen however said no decisions have been made concerning cast of cast members and won’t be for sometime.

Either way, kudos to Porsha for the fly mugshot.

  1. Reality TV shows are a prime example of the decadance of America. You have adults on television making absolute fools of themselves and saying nothing of value. The dumbing down of the society is in full effect.
