‘Prolly’ Video by Sevyn Streeter

Sevyn Streeter Releases ‘Prolly’ Video

Amber Denise Streeter, better known to her fans as Sevyn, is back on the scene and finally ready to release her long-awaited debut album. In anticipation of Girl Interrupted, which is expected to be released later this year, Sevyn has unveiled the video for the album’s debut single, Prolly. The visual was helmed by director Mike Ho, and features Sevyn in a post-apocalyptic type environment, filled with lots of hot guys and plenty of mayhem.

In a recent interview, Sevyn said she’s been a longtime fan of the Mad Max movie franchise, but says all credit goes to Ho for giving Prolly the visual the song’s hard-hitting lyrics deserve. “I gotta hand it to Mike Ho,” Sevyn told Fader magazine. “He turned the feelings and vibes I had while writing Prolly into reality. I knew the song was unapologetic, raw, and edgy and he created a treatment that brought the song to life.”

Prolly features rapper Gucci Mane, who along with August Alsina, Tya Dolla and Dej Loaf, will be making guest appearances on Sevyn’s upcoming album.
