Beyonce isn’t the only singer who has a magazine cover leaking prematurely.

Though it’s not officially due to hit newsstands until Friday, Rihanna’s Rolling Stone cover made an early appearance on Instagram today as well.

This is Rihanna’s second cover. The 23-year old pop diva made her first appearance back in April of 2011, click here for a trip down memory lane.

Stay tune for excepts. I’m sure they’ll leak any minute now.

Update: Rihanna’s cover story has been posted in its entirety on Rolling Stone’s official website.

It appears the interview deals mostly with her relationship with fellow pop boy Chris Brown, who as we all assaulted Rihanna almost four years.

Rihanna doen’t mince words and is very open about where she and Brown stand today.

Rihanna on those who say she is making a mistake by returning to a man who once beat her: “I decided it was more important for me to be happy. I wasn’t going to let anybody’s opinion get in the way of that. Even if it’s a mistake, it’s my mistake. After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I’d rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it.”

Rihanna on how her relationship with Brown has changed: “You see us walking somewhere, driving somewhere, in the studio, in the club, and you think you know. But it’s different now. We don’t have those types of arguments anymore. We talk about shit. We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don’t want to lose that.”

Rihanna on Brown possibly being violent towards her again: “He doesn’t have the luxury of fucking up again. That’s just not an option. I can’t say that nothing else will ever go wrong. But I’m pretty solid in the knowing that he’s disgusted by that. And I wouldn’t have gone this far if I ever thought that was a possibility.”

  1. Nice face shot. Love the strong eye and neutral lip color.

  2. Ugh, she is too gorgeous.

  3. See, you can wear clothes and still be striking.

  4. I can’t say whether Rihanna is maing a mistake or not. What I can say is that I respect her authenticity. I respect Rihanna for not being fake and living her truth as it is. In an industry where there is nothing but people pretending to be what they are not, it is refreshing to see her being true to who she is. She is rough around the edges. She is young and maybe even a bit reckless, but like she says, they are her mistakes to make and we have to step aside and just let her make them.

  5. Now that is an interview. No bullshit. She’s not promoting anything. She says she’s ready for the backlash but just got to be real to who she is. Bravo. Not for returning to Chris, but for telling the truth and being ready to face the consequences.

Rihanna is the epitome of keeping it real.

  6. Kanyade Neutrality

    I like the cover shot.

  7. I love the realness that she gives. Thats the main reason I respect her. plus shes gorgeous and effortlessly sexy. Shes right bout living her life. Ppl r always pretending for the camera. And we may not b able to smell their lunch but we can smell the bull.look at mj, he lived his life doing what he was told and then he was tryin to live his childhood out in his forties. Live ur life ri with no regrets.

  8. I have always respected the fact that she does what she does with little regret. She doesn’t give us politically correct phrases to make us like her, she just does her. And she looks so damn hawt. #bad

  9. I guess only time will tell huh RiRi? You better hope he never does because you are gonna get 50 million side eyes and equal amounts of “We dgaf anymore”

  10. She looks GORGEOUS…and SHE’S WEARING CLOTHES!!! *does a happy dance* as for the article all I can say is good luck to her and I wish her all the best for this relationship. She clearly was very unhappy without him and its sad that she can only find happiness with such a bully but its her happiness and its her’s to manage.

  11. Her honesty is refreshing and I wish her the best of luck. It takes balls to stand up for what you believe and not care what other people think. Having said that, what little person Chris Brown continues to display in public shows that he’s still a young man struggling with anger issues and impulsivity. And Rihanna is clearly still struggling, as she’s become increasingly more sexualized, objectifying herself in public and on instagram on regular basis. I hope they both tread with caution, or at least that other people are around them loving and supporting them and willing to pull them away from each other if things go south.

  12. not a fan of that hairstyle at all!!
