Rihanna’s “Rude Boy” single is shaping up to be one of the singer’s biggest hits. The song has been #1 for 4 weeks, is #1 on the airplay charts and is #2 on the iTunes charts. According the Billboard the single has sold over 350,000 copies and shows no sign of slowing down. With the success of “Rude Boy” it appears Rihanna label/parent company, SRP Music Group, is backing off of their claim to not release any more singles from the singer’s platinum selling “Rated R” album. Word is “Rockstar 101” will be the next single released and seeing as how Rihanna performed it on Wednesday night’s episode of American Idol, the reports are probably true. Rihanna is presently gearing up for her first world tour as a headliner and you can actually check out behind the scenes video of the singer rehearsing on her website.
