Salt n’ Pepa Fill In For Wendy Williams

80’s rap pioneers Salt n’ Pepa are once again making news. The duo, who recently rapped up their stint on the VH-1 reality series The Salt n’ Pepa Show, are now moving on to radio. In an effort to fill the afternoon gap left by Wendy Williams when she left her show for television, New York’s 107.5 WBLS have called on the pair to hold down the stations 2pm-7pm time slot. The gig is temporary however, lasting only for the week.

  1. I listened in to their show yesterday. I thought they did a good job…hopefully it will turn into something more permanent.

  2. Thanks for the link. It is nice to listen to a more traditional RnB station. Such an animal does not exist in my region. I usually stream Christian or Neo-Soul or classic soul internet radio. None of the stations I listen to has a mix like this one.

It’s fun listening to the ladies. Did anyone watch their VH1 show? What it any far as “reality” TV goes?
