Sanaa & Essence Magazine Kiss And Make Up!

After a brief falling out Sanaa Lathan and the people over at Essence Magazine are apparently back on good terms as Sanaa is featured on the cover of their November issue.Sanaa is rumored to have not been the least bit happy with the interviewer the last time she sat down to talk with the mag.After being grilled repeatedly about her alleged affair with Denzel Washington, Sanaa is said to have felt more like she was talking to people from the Enquirer rather than folks from a magazine that claims to celebrate African American women.You can check out Sanaa’s pics from the magazine below and head on over to Essence Online to read portions of the interview.Don’t forget to visit Sanaa’s picture page on Brown Sista.NET to see the rest of the pics from this issue as well as many others.

    Didn’t she also blame them for Some New’s failure? She felt like Black women had turned on her believing that she had broken up Denzel’s marriage.:|

    Sanaa always looks like a million bucks.I hate her role on Nip Tuck though.

    I always love Sanaa’s work. I like that she is on Nip/Tuck though I don’t love the character she is playing but you are not supposed to like her character. I think she is very very effective in the role and Nip/Tuck is my favorite guilty pleasure tv show.

    I’m very happy that she did not have a child with Denzel and that those rumors were false. It hurt me to think that she would do such a thing as she appears to be trying to represent black women in a positive way throughout her career. I have much love for her though I did see Something New and I wasn’t greatly moved but I appreciated the movie for what it tried to portray.

    I haven’t seen Nip Tuck so I really cannot comment on it.I do like Sanaa overall as a actress and think she does rep us all very well.I got her back and hope she keeps on keeping on.Imma check out Nip Tuck now to see what all the fuss is.
