Actress Jada Pinkett-Smith is not a fan of the new Tupac Shakur biopic All Eyez on Me. The 45-year old Girls Trip star took to Twitter earlier this morning to lament the portrayal of her relationship with the late rap icon, calling the “re-imagining” of their relationship on screen “offensive” and “deeply hurtful.”

Jada Pinkett Smith’s character of Fish Mooney on Fox’s hit drama “Gotham” may not be returning for the show’s second season.

During a recent interview Jada was asked if she’s be coming back for the show’s sophomore season, to which she responded “I don’t think so. I signed up for a year and that year is now up.” Fans of Fish Mooney shouldn’t be too disheartened, as Jada says the show still has some great things planned for the character.

As previously reported, former “Hawthorne” actress Jada Pinkett-Smith is set to make her return to network television via the upcoming Fox drama “Gotham.”

The prequel to the “Batman” saga finds Jada playing the role of Fish Mooney, a gangster/nightclub owner who possesses the extra-sensory ability to read people’s true nature.

Actress Jada Pinkett Smith is set to make her return to network television in a very big way.

According to online reports, the 42-year old former “Hawthorne” actress has been cast to play Fish Mooney in the upcoming “Batman” prequel “Gotham.”

The character of Fish Mooney, original to the series and not found in the comic books, is described as a “sadistic gangster and nightclub owner with street smarts and extra-sensory abilities to read people like an open book.”
