Hip Hop’s first couple, Beyonce Knowles and Sean Carter, were in Cannes this weekend to take in the sights and sounds of the city, as well as Diddy’s Memorial Day party which he through aboard his own private yacht. The couple was first seen partying it up with Diddy and other guests like Lindsay Lohan and Kerry Washington and then were later on spotted by the paparazzi strolling through a shopping center.

Singer Beyonce made a surprise appearance last night at the Heart Of The City tour with Jay Z and Mary J Blige. The New York City crowd was treated to a 15 second performance of Beyonce bouncing on stage before waving to the crowd and just walking off. It was very diva-ish and even Jay seemed impressed with his wife’s ability to bring the crowd to a crescendo with just the flick of her hips.

Singer Beyonce and her supposed new husband, rapper Jay Z, were spotted last night attending the Rockets vs. Suns game at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. As usual, Bey and Jay occupied seats at courtside and Beyonce, thinking she was slick, spent much of the night holding her hand in a very awkward fashion, so as to make sure she was photographed by the press not wearing a wedding ring. Just look at the pic above. Have you ever in your life seen anyone hold their hand in such a weird way? Who holds their hand straight down like that? LOL. Beyonce is such an undercover media whore. She knows the public is waiting for some sort of verification from her that they are married and rather than give it to them flat out, she plays games instead.

Singer Beyoncé Knowles and her long-time boyfriend, Jay-Z, have reportedly obtained a marriage license in New York. People magazine reports that the pair took out the license, which is valid for 60 days, on Tuesday morning. When asked to confirm the reports, a representative for Beyoncé said: “No comment.” The couple, who have been dating since 2002, have previously sparked wedding rumors on a number of occasions so this too may just be another rumor. Even People magazine have been known to get their facts screwed up. And please correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t a marriage license the last stage of an actual marriage?

Not much of anything went down over the weekend as everyone was off for the holidays enjoying time with their families. However, before they ran off to the relatives many Brown Sistas continued to do what they do -entertain. Rihanna continued on with her concert, Beyonce supported her man and Missy Elliott and a few others showed their support by showing up for the Angie Martinez Hair & Beauty Expo that I told you guys about a few weeks ago. The expo was suppose to be hosted by Queen Latifah and Meagan Good, Keyshia Cole, Eve and a few others were suppose to be in attendance.

As the week comes to a close we have another batch of random images that didn’t make the cut during the week. We have Beyonce and Jay taking some downtime and vacationing in Monaco. We have Rihanna continuing to perform and promote her new album overseas. We also have Meagan Good hosting BET’s 106 & Park, as well as what I believe to be a new ANTM photo shoot from Tyra Banks. But to get things started we have Beyonce and Jay-Z to your upper left who were spotted in Monaco earlier today. Bey is obviously in need of rest as she is on a spectacular world tour throughout Asia and Europe that so far has seen her playing to over a million adoring fans and getting rave reviews in the process.
