AZEALIA BANKS AND K MICHELLE JOINT TOURRapper Azealia Banks has announced a new tour in support of her latest album: 2014’s highly acclaimed Broke with Expensive Taste.

After several overseas dates, including stops in Canada for the Ilesoniq Music Festival and England for the Reading Festival, Azealia will head back to the U.S. where she will team up with R&B singer K Michelle for a co-headlining theatre tour.

The former “Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta” star enlisted the help of videographer Child Basquiat, who has the singer dressing up like a zebra and prancing around in a thong while frolicking in a bath tub and mud wrestling.

On the paper it all sounds ridiculous, but somehow Michelle manages to make it all come together.

K. Michelle Previews Her 2015 Calendar

K. MICHELLE DEBUTS 2015 CALENDAR

Singer K. Michelle used her Instagram account earlier this week to unveil images from her upcoming 2015 calendar.

The “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart” singer captioned her images “12 months of quotes, truths and creativity. Enlightenment. Coming soon… Maybe even a new unreleased song from AWBAH will come with it.”

K. released her latest album last week and according to Hits Daily Double it sold 83,000 copies. Final results will be unveiled Thursday via Billboard, which also estimated the singer’s sales around 80k, a number good enough to land “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart” inside the top ten.

Singer K. Michelle has unveiled the official video for her new single “Something about the Night.”

The VH1 reality star, who also released her “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart” album today, channels Lady Day in the Child Basquiat directed visual which finds the singer employing a 1940s jazz vibe to sing about the usual tale of love gone wrong.

In an interview with the breakfast club earlier today, K said “Something about the Night” as well as all the songs on “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart,” are about British actor Idris Elba, who the singer claims to have had an eight month relationship with.

The piano driven track follows closely on the heels of “Love ‘Em All,” which was released last month and is expected to have its visual unveiled later tonight after the premiere of K.’s VH1 reality show “K. Michelle: My Life.”
