Nia Long is the latest Brown Sista to book a gig this pilot season. According to published reports, the 44-year old actress will join comedian Mike Epps in the ABC remake of the John Candy film “Uncle Buck.”
Nia was last seen in the short-lived WeTV drama “The Divide,” which was unfortunately cancelled after its initial eight episode run last summer. So, remember we told you Nia Long was set to star in WeTV’s upcoming legal drama “The Divide?” Well, the show now has an official air date of July23rd, and with it a preview of what we can expect to see from Nia’s character.
As previously reported, Nia will play a character named Billie Page, a powerhouse corporate attorney at a crossroads in both her personal and professional life.
