Halle Berry and that fossil known as Bruce Willis premiered their highly anticipated movie, Perfect Stranger last night in New York City at the famed Ziegfeld Theater. Halle as usual looked perfect but kept mum on the red carpet about her little spat with Parade Magazine. As some of you may know, Halle was accused of resurrecting her ten year old suicide attempt in an interview she gave with the magazine in an effort to boost interest in her movie. Halle denied that claim and fired back, insisting that the incident was publicized by the writers, not her.

I was trying not to post any information from the upcoming issue of Vibe Vixen that features Janet Jackson on the cover until I at least had the digital copy of the magazine for myself.It seems however that will not be happening so I am finally posting the entire interview here as well as the picture used for the cover shot which you can see to your left.In this interview Janet talks about the usual- Michael’s former nose, her former nose and her obvious love for Jermaine Dupri.She also touches on her relationship with his 9 year old daughter and her own future plans for motherhood.As usual, Janet does not give out too much information thus making this interview as uneventful as the rest she did for the 20 Y.0 album.The only good thing that came from this article was confirmation that Janet would indeed be going on tour later on this year.

I listened to these clips earlier today and honestly I do not know what to think.They are only small clips of several songs, but they leave me totally cold.I have never been a DC or Beyonce fan, but several of the tracks on Dangerously In Love were pretty likable and almost made me buy the album.This CD however seems to be going back to the sound and style of earlier DC albums.They lyrics are very childish and trivial.Lot’s of talk about spending money and not lettin’ another woman take her man is not something I expect to hear from a 25 year old singer or want to hear personally.This is of course just my opinion, you guys can download the file and decide for yourself.

While sitting around and feeling somewhat nostalgic a few days ago, I decided to do a search of my favorite magazine from back in the day.That magazine was of course Honey, and to my surprise I saw that the site and the mag will both be re-launching soon.

Just 10 years ago, I believe Honey was probably one of the hottest magazines around for African American Sistas.Unfortunately, after having a glorious start with Angela Burt-Murray ((I think she was the original Editor, I could be wrong though.)) as their editor, the owners of Honey decided to replace her with a woman who would effectively ruin Honey by replacing the images of Black men and women, with images of white looking women and gay looking Hispanic men.
