Eve is not about to let the fact that she isn’t signed to a major label hinder her from making music or promoting that music. The raptress recently told late night host Jimmy Fallon of her plan to release her new single “Me n’ My B*tches (Up In The Club)” and promote it via an overseas club tour. The rapper also said she would be experimenting with a new underground U.K. sound called “dubstep.” For those of you who want more of the actress side of the rapper, you can check out her new movie “Whip It” which is in theaters now- and look for her to also make an appearance on the hit Fox television series “Glee.”

From New York to Los Angeles, rapper Eve has been all over the red carpet lately, However, one event missing from her busy schedule is the album release party for her fourth CD, Here I Am. More than a year after the self described Pitful In A Skirt’s first single hit the airwaves, the album is still in limbo. Like Ciara, Eve’s first single, Tambourine, did not become an instantaneous hit. A second single, Give It To You, was eventually released and that too failed to catch on at radio stations. So why not just release the album anyway and see what the fans response would be? Well according to EW, Eve is simply suffering at the hands of her record label (Interscope) and it’s chief.
