‘The Real’ Returns This Fall

Mark your calendars, ladies and gentlemen! Tamar Braxton’s popular chat fest “The Real” is finally set to make its Season 2 debut Monday, September 15th.

The popular daytime talk show struck a chord with younger viewers when it premiered last year and was quickly renewed for a second season by FoxTV.

During its 2013 four week summer test run, the show averaged almost 6 million viewers, most between the coveted age of 18-35.

The diverse group of hosts, consisting of Tamar, Jeannie Mai, Andrienne Bailon, Loni Love and Tamera Mowry-Housely, attracted an audience just as diverse, which helped the syndicated show attain viewership in over 98% of the country.

When “The Real” returns this fall it will also air in primetime on BET, alongside episodes of The Wendy Williams Show and The Queen Latifah Show.

  1. When I saw the first two episodes last summer I was like “This is corny”. But then I found myself looking forward to it and getting excited when I heard the intro music coming on. I love it, it’s diverse and hilarious. I will be watching!!!
