Tyra Banks was spotted on the streets of Soho today doing a photo shoot. The supermodel is said to be on a very strict diet so as to temporarily make a return to runway modeling. Tyra, who turns 36 in December, looked about thirty pounds lighter at the BET Awards show a few weeks ago, all thanks to her new diet. “She has become so strict with her diet that she can’t even stand for junk food or fattening food to be around her,” Fox News quoted a source close to the talk show host as saying.
“So she’s basically telling anyone she eats with what they can and can’t order. “Most people think she’s joking at first, but then they realize she actually expects them to follow her eating rules too. “She tells them: ‘If I’m not eating it, you’re not eating it!’” the source added.
The insider says the model/mogul has been following a healthy diet of natural foods, lean meats and proteins, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and lots of glasses of water.

i ain’t even mad at her, that diet actually sounds like something i could tolerate, might need to try it. i don’t really agree with her telling the people around her what they can and can’t eat, she wouldn’t be able to do that to me. lol, but get it tyra, i’ve been wondering if she was gonna go back into the modeling thing

I can’t really see Tyra on runways now. She’s become very, very commercial. She’s capable of being a great model yes, but I’m not sure designers are going to have the demand they once had. Besides that, it was Naomi that scared Tyra away from High Fashion along with the weight expectations. Naomi is still around and guess what? Models are still stick thin.
